How fast can I get a portable aircon rental unit?
Same-day or next-day delivery is often available (subject to schedule). We deliver, place, seal, and test. No drilling is ever required.
Do you install and seal the exhaust hose? Is drilling required?
Yes. We route the hose via a window/door/grille and seal the opening properly. No drilling. You’ll just need a nearby power socket and some floor space.
What portable aircon BTU do I need for my room?
Most bedrooms are well served by 14,000 BTU (Model A). For larger living rooms, we’ll advise during booking.
What happens if the unit isn’t working properly?
Contact Charles (CEO) directly with photos / videos – we will be able to support you over the phone. If needed, we will replace the unit quickly so you stay comfortable.
Can I rent a portable aircon for long-term use?
Yes! Check out our amazing Lease To Own scheme for Coolah Model A (14000 BTU), perfectly designed for bedrooms and smaller living room!
Do I need to drain water?
Our portable aircon rental units are self-evaporative. Don’t need to drain during rental period.
How much electricity does it use?
About 1.5 kWh; roughly ~S$3.80 per 8 hours (varies by tariff, settings, and room).
What payment methods do you accept?
PayNow bank transfer, credit card, ShopeePay, SPayLater, and cash. Invoice will be provided upon request.
