Hi, I am Charles. Before founding Coolah, I worked in the private sector with large companies and later chose to build a service that solves a very immediate local problem: helping people stay comfortable when their cooling fails. I remain hands-on because customers deserve a prompt answer and practical help—not a generic booking experience.

Coolah combines the discipline I developed in business with an interest in cooling technology. I have designed a small Peltier air-conditioner, hold qualifications in first aid, Lean Six Sigma, and ISO 9001 auditing, and continue to look for better ways to make portable aircon rental more dependable. Outside work, I enjoy reading with my two children and playing Chopin on the piano.
