Conext: we required temporary aircons because there was some problem with the existing system and it needed to be replaced. Repair work was scheduled but the timing was variable.
Charles was excellent in communicating prior to the appointment, during installation as well as providing ad hoc advice during the whole process. As I was not able to be there during installation, he sent us clear, concise videos with useful tips.
But what I would like to highlight most is that during the repair process, Charles was extremely understanding and flexible with regards to adjusting the timeframe and collection of the units. He went over and above the call of duty to help and ensured that we could get a decent night’s rest.
You rarely receive such service in SG – Charles is a rare guy who seems to genuinely care about his customers.
