Refund Policy for Portable Aircon Rental Services
This refund policy applies to all portable aircon rental services, including short-term rentals, event usage, and lease-to-own arrangements.
When Refunds Are Applicable
A full refund will be issued if Coolah is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to operational or logistical reasons.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery or installation may qualify for a partial refund, subject to administrative costs.
Non-Refundable Portable Aircon Rental Scenarios
- Same-day or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours)
- Rental services that have already commenced
- Units delivered, installed, or reserved
- Environmental or site limitations affecting cooling performance
- Discounted or promotional bookings unless stated otherwise
Technical Issues During Rental Period
In the event of equipment malfunction, Coolah may provide a replacement unit or offer a pro-rated adjustment. Cash refunds are not guaranteed once the rental has begun.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Cashback eligibility is governed by ShopBack Terms & Conditions .
