What we did for them

A group of 5 young students were struggling to start their final year multimedia project in a sweaty elongated rental shop, and another smaller room that’s almost enclosed except for 1 window. The premise had the air-conditioners totally removed by the landlord. With the sweltering mid-day heat reaching 33 degree Celsius, they had to find an immediate solution to resolve the heat issue, or risk failing their projects from poor performance.

Coolah! was alerted urgently, and we immediately recommended the suitable units to solve the heat problems. We offered huge rental discounts as we understand they are students with limited budget, and threw in extra 10 days free rental on top of their desired dates, just to ensure their projects finishes before the end of the leasing period.

What was the result

This is an exemplary example of empowering young aspiring students to achieve their goals, without needing to worry about the heat or break a sweat (literally) while working on their final year projects. The cold air brought much relieve to the students, and managed to cool the entire area enough for them to focus on scoring the best result. The students had their productivity enhanced, and I’m elated they found Coolah! services that manage to empower them while they focus on their final year projects.

What we did for them

3-4 Cooks were in a red hot boiling situation when we arrived at the central kitchen. The temperature inside the kitchen was about 50 degree Celsius with 2 stoves on maximum fire. Although they have 2 huge exhausts, the heat from all the cooking were simply trapped within the kitchen without any means of escaping.

The staffs were struggling to work, let alone performing at their best. The heat was clearly causing performance inefficiencies of the Cooks.

Coolah! was alerted urgently, and we immediately recommended 1 20000 BTU portable air-conditioner to manage the heat that was killing the Cooks slowly but surely. The mobile aircon was deployed the next day at the earliest timeslot available.

What was the result

A PERFECT example of empowering the Cooks with cooling air! We IMMEDIATELY witness the “sigh of relieve” after our 20000 BTU portable air-conditioner was switched on, and cold air directly impacting their comfort level. Although the cold air cooled the Cooks directly, the kitchen was still pretty warm. We knew 1 machine was not enough, and true enough, The Rice Bowl ordered another machine to double the cooling effect!

What we did for them

With 6 to 10 staff, pushing their working ours beyond normal office operating hours, beyond the cut-off timing of their central air-conditioning systems, they are looking for cooling solutions that not only provides the relieve they seriously need (who doesn’t where there’s literally no air circulating in the tightly enclosed office), but also a quieter AND newer machines.

The size of the office is about a garage that can park 2 cars.

With the air-conditioners placed side by side (photo), the entire office can almost feel the cooling effect within 5 mins. As the machines were very new, they were powerful, cooling, and quiet, just exactly what the customer wanted.

What we did for them

This is a popular surfing and adventure park that sees thousands of visitors weekly. Any operational issue will be detrimental to the business immediately.

On the 6th of Sep, their customised server cooler broke down, resulted in their electrical power tripping regularly due to the heat that was generated from within. This electrical outage impacted the surfers, their retail shops, and the restaurant.

Coolah! was alerted on this issue on the same night. A 20,000 BTU portable airconditioner was deployed immediately the next morning to cool down their server rack directly. The effect was felt almost immediately, and the server rack became cooled enough to stop tripping.

What was the result

The server rack experienced immediate cooling by the powerful 20,000 portable airconditioner. We had to set the aircon to swing in order to avoid moisture build up in the server rack, which may be another reason for it to trip.
All in all, this collaboration was a success, while waiting for client’s customised cooler to arrive.

What we did for them

This is a HUGE co-working/production studio startup, spanning across the whole industrial open floor area of about 1500 sqft. Their main aircon system will not arrive until a few weeks later, and without cooling solutions, they will be unable to provide a comfortable space for their video/photo shooting events.
We calculated the area, planned the most important space to cool, and provided 3 of our most trusted and powerful portable air-conditioners to full blast over the next couple of days for this event.
The deployment was at 11pm as they were conducting video shoots through the night.

What was the result

The area of about 1500 sqft was extremely open, and have multiple opportunities of cold air leakage. Even so, our portable aircon converge the cool air from different locations towards the middle of the space and everyone felt the comfort.
By renting the portable aircons from Coolah!, they managed to effectively cool the space and enabled their staff to perform at their best.

What we did for them

Customer is an interior designing firm that recently renovated a small clinic. The main aircon system was not ready in time before the business started operation, and we were engaged.
This is quite a space of about 600 sqft, with a partition dividing across 2 sections. We placed the aircon at the back corner where strong cold air will be blasted out towards the furthest end of the clinic.

What was the result

The portable air-conditioner (a 20,000 BTU machine) didn’t only manage to cool the tenants, but also managed to cool the entire clinic within 15 minutes of operations. Though it was needed for only 1 day before their main aircon system was fixed, it provided the much needed comfort everyone needed in that space for that day. The clinic benefited from the cool air and had operated to best capacity, saving them 1 day of unproductivity.

This is a HUGE co-working/production studio startup that was superbly supportive of our service, and came back to us the 2nd time to cool down their area! This time round, the event is for an ad-hoc production shooting team that requires a space urgently, but unfortunately their workspace has not setup the central air-conditioner yet.
The deployment this time was quick as we’ve worked together before, and knew their requirement inside out.

As usual, the production studio and their team of clients benefited from the cooling solution, and enabled them to perform their best during the production!
