1) What is Lease To Own?
It’s a way to protect your cashflow and zero risk for you. It is simply an installment plan for a NEW Coolah’s Model A monthly @ $159 for 6 months via PayNow. If you love it, continue the installment for up to the 6th month. Once the monthly payment is fully paid, the ownership of the machine is transferred to you. If you don’t like it, you can cancel anytime (T&C apply).
2) What comes with this package?
Coolah MODEL A, Smart App, Manual Booklet, Window Seal Kit, Remote Control, Customised Window Seal Solution, Warranty 1 year. Full service from start to finish handled by Charles (CEO) himself to ensure 100% satisfaction, and extremely thorough explanation throughout the installation process so you will understand how everything works.
3) What happens after 6th months?
You own the machine. And no more “lease” is required.
4) What happens if the machine stops working within 6 months?
Warranty kicks in, and we, within our reputation and power, ensures it’ll be fully repaired within 5 working days.
5) Do I need to drain water?
Coolah’s Model A has self evaporative technology, thus water is evaporated out via the exhaust pipe. You can continuously use this machine without needing to drain water. However, draining it once in a while really helps prolong the life of the unit.
6) What is the biggest space this machine is able to cool?
Anything from the master bedroom to a living room (around the size of a 4 room HDB flat) will be cooled well.
7) Will there be sealing on the exhaust pipe on the window?
We seal with the provided window seal, and with our board if applicable.
8) What happens if I don’t like it?
Anytime within the 6 months if you don’t like it, return it back to us. The leasing charges will stop. T&C apply.
9) Can I opt for full payment instead of monthly payment?
Yes, there is even a 8% discount (from 6 months plan) if you make one full payment upon setup. Talk to us!
