Big thanks to Charles for coming through when my aircon gave up on me. I made a last-minute request to rent two units, and he actually thought I was exaggerating when I said my place felt worse than a sauna—even with all the windows wide open. That is, until he stepped in and felt the heat for himself. 😅
Charles is super approachable and helpful throughout! Honestly, I’m glad I ignored his advice to “hold off renting until Daikin dropped by to check the aircon, can save some money”—if I had listened, I might’ve melted into the floor by now instead of writing this review.
