Excellent service by Charles is an understatement. Even though it was a last minute request to replace my Aircon which died on me, he was able to squeeze out an extra portable Aircon set which worked way above our expectations just so we could tide over the heat wave comfortably.
Apart from a very professional service provided by Charles all the way from delivery, setting up and recovery, he’s always more than happy to take a pause and have a genuine chit chat session with us.
