If there was a way to give 10 stars, I will. Message Charles and he responded within 5 mins. Mentioned to him if it possible to send a portable aircon asap as I did not expect him to respond and said yes! His service was great and explain clearly on how to use his product (yes this product is Singapore home grown). Explain as well how portable aircon is different from the fix on the wall one. Highly recommend for all users who need a temporary solution to cool your rooms.
