Is he doing business with passion or an angel in disguise?

I’m sure almost everyone agree with me that having air con already been part of our daily lives. Horrific to have air cons break down in house, earliest estimate date given to install a new compressor will take more than days to a week. I tried and give up after 2 full day without air con. I need a solution and I google, after comparing prices and efficiency. I contact my first choice (no price/gift making a right guess) coolah via whatsapp. Charles is so patience in feeding me details, attend to my urgency and deliver to me in an hr (within his means, I’m lucky). Our 7days rental lease suppose to end today 5/7/22, yesterday Charles checking upon how the air cons serve us whether to extend or not so he can plan out his route for collection (great service and follow up)? After what i sharing with him that technicians are only able to install and fix a new compressor on 6/7/22. He say will collect on Wed without additional charges, is he doing business with passion or an angel in disguise (you guys tell me)?
