Totally impressed

Was very frustrated because after close to three months in the hot Spore weather my aircon servicing company still unable to provide me with any new aircon units replacement. Opening the option for portable aircon rental, I found out about Coolah and was reading the reviews and decided to reach out to seek for rates and steps of renting. Within minutes of sending a message to the provided number in their website, I was replied to by Charles and was greeted and assisted step by step promptly. In less than 15 min settled with lease agreement for 2 units (effective with totally reasonable daily rental rate). Was hoping for next day installation for the rental units but surprisingly Charles offered same day (within the next two hours from my first message to him!). Totally impressed by his friendly and helpful manners. Giving totally 5 stars and would definitely recommend to friends and colleagues who ever considered renting a portable aircons for Charles’s prompt service, professional attention to requests and understanding of the client’s needs and speedy installation (Arrived at 3.20 pm and finished at 3.50pm!). The units leases to us are brand new and almost like new! The units and exhaust pipes are clean, filters and compressors checked prior to the set up. Would definitely recommend Charles and Coolah to any of my friends and colleagues who ever think of aircon rental and again would like to thank Charles for his help!
