Charles is very compassionate towards his customers and is empathetic of their situation. I enjoyed our interaction to rent out his aircon. He is also very generous and hardworking to give the best deals that I am unable to find elsewhere. My school mates are enjoying his wonderful aircon as we work in peace. 10/10 would recommend!
