Very effecient and knowledgeable about his own products! Was very impressed that he actually designed the unit himself and I’m very sure he went through alot to build such an amazing portable air con unit. If its not convincing enough to tell u how good it is, my 16 months son didn’t want to get out of the room where the unit was set up. Highly recommended! Solid work
